To apply students must be:
- 9th grade and up
- planning to apply to an arts or arts related college program
- located in the five boroughs of NYC or Nassau county
- Family Income below $80,000 Annually
Grand Prize for 11th Grade & up:
- One full year of College Portfolio Preparation classes
- Summer intensive of at least 5 classes per week
- Professional photographs of portfolio for college applications
- Mentoring, planning & assistance with the college application process
Grand Prize 9th-10th Grade:
- 8 Week Summer Intensive including
- Professional photographs of artwork created at Ashcan
